We will very soon release Hogs v1.00. We will make available Java source and binary versions.

Please see the installation instructions before downloading. You will need to install other things first, like a Java 1.5 Runtime Environment as well as Java OpenGL bindings.

To download Hogs (source or binary), use our SF download page.

Binary

Use the binary distribution if you only want to play Hogs.

The only difference between platform-specific distributions is in the installation script. The Java class files are completely portable. The "raw" version has no installation script.

Source

Use the source distribution if you want to modify the source, either to contribute to the project or just for your own use. You can also just browse the source if you're just curious and don't want to read our documentation.

Most of Hogs is distributed under the GPL. The connectivity tools are distributed under the GNU Lesser GPL. Please see the details included in LICENSE.txt in any of the distributions.
